Absolutely. Rooted Radiant Life is for women 50 and beyond who are navigating physical changes, emotional shifts, and a desire to feel more alive in this stage of life. Everything I offer is gentle, supportive, and adaptable — no matter your age or experience.
I’ve never done yoga or meditation before — will I feel out of place?
Not at all. My classes and programs are designed specifically for beginners and women who may be dealing with chronic pain, stiffness, or fatigue. No fancy poses, no judgment — just real, compassionate movement and breathwork for real bodies.
What if I have health conditions like arthritis, fibromyalgia, or digestive issues?
I understand — I’ve lived with them too. My approach is trauma-informed, low-pressure, and deeply respectful of your limits. You’ll receive modifications, mindset tools, and gentle support to help you feel better — not pushed.
